HCA Annual Event and Xmas Party 2010 The one time we all get together to celebrate the years end and our well deserved achievements. All students, parents and friends welcome. Students will be receiving awards for merit, contribution, weapon course, student of the year and possibly more. Black Belt achievers for 2010 will receive their official certificates and belts and the event will end with a dynamic demonstration from the HCA demo team. The Annual Event Ceremony will held at.....TBA, and its gonna BE BIG :) Contact us for more information |

Gong Kwon Yusul Grappling Seminar Apr 2009 HCA students together with Master Ryoo attended a seminar by the founder of Gong Kwon Yusul, Grandmaster Kang Jun. GM Jun has dedicated his life to martial arts achieving 6th Dan Hapkido, 4th Dan Taekwondo, 5th Dan Gumdo, was the Seoul state Judo champion and also formally trained in Kyutooki (Korean kickboxing), and Hakko-Ryu Jujitsu. With all his extensive experience he put together the Gong Kwon Yusul system in the 1990's. It is heavily influenced by Hapkido principles and techniques with a unique focus on Kickboxing style strikes and ground grappling. GM Jun visited Australia in Apr 09 to run seminars promoting his art. click to see photos |

Youth and Adults Training Camp March 2009 Held at Bents Basin in South Western Sydney, over 30 HCA youth and adults students took to the bush were they gained new skills and made new friendships. A successful event with alot of adventure and breakthrough experiences. click to see photos |

Chinese New Year Lunar Event Demonstration Feb 2009 Saturday the 7th February was the hottest day in Australian history, yet the demo team pushed forward to perform! South Korea Discovery Trip 2008/09 An amazing 3 week experience for students of HCA. Masters gave a personal tour of their homeland and the birth place of Hapkido. Skirmish Teambuilding Day Nov 08 Our Hapkido skills were taken out bush with the addition of a Kaki uniform and a paintball automatic gun. The students had alot of fun with alot of bruising! click to see photos |
