Jacqueline is our Administration Assistant and an Assistant Black Belt, based at Croydon HQ and has been in this role since January 2020. She has been training at HCA since 2012 and received her 1st Dan Black Belt in October 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Applied Chemistry) from the University of Technology, Sydney and is currently studying a Master of Teaching in Secondary Education (Science/Mathematics) at the University of Technology, Sydney, set to be completed at the end of 2022.

She also is a Head Teacher for the School Courses that HCA Croydon holds and has been running these courses since 2019. She has a passion for teaching and ensures that all students, parents and other visitors to HCA feel welcome and valued as a part of our HCA Family.

Jacqueline has worked in Business Management roles in the past, which has become an asset to the behind the scenes running of HCA as a whole.

Her role as Adminstration Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day running of HCA as a business overall, including:

  • Student Acquistion
  • Staff Rostering
  • Data Analysis
  • Organising Gradings, including the Annual Black Belt Grading & Private Gradings
  • COVID-19 Specialist & Main Contact for NSW Health
  • Social Media Content Creator
  • General Reception Duties
