Adult Class
Our Adult Program is designed for students of all experience levels who are looking to improve their fitness, learn practical self-defence, and challenge themselves in a supportive and motivating environment. Available at all HCA studio locations, these classes provide a comprehensive martial arts experience that develops both physical ability and personal growth.
Through traditional Hapkido training, students learn a wide range of techniques including strikes, kicks, joint locks, throws, falls, and self-defence applications. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or have previous experience, our structured curriculum allows you to progress at your own pace while continually developing new skills and achieving personal goals.
In addition to learning effective self-defence, our Adult Program delivers a full-body workout that improves endurance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Classes are designed to challenge both the body and mind, helping students build resilience, discipline, and confidence through consistent training.
